my fav colour combo at the moment... orange and grey are the new in combo for designing in fashion, house interior, patchwork modern...

well there you go ... i did not know that ... but then i am not up with things like that ... haha

i have to go to spottie's this morning ... to return a pair of scissors that i purchased that don't cut ... so while i am there i shall pick up some grey ... cos i know i don't have any ...

i do have some orange ... very bright stuff .. but it is orange ... haha ..

I am in, I have some grey...and some orange...lol

i too have the fabrics ... woohoooo ... been to spottie ... now i will have some lunch .. and then lock myself away for the rest of the weekend ...

Orange and grey...not colours I normally work in...hmmmm...orange be ok, but like you Bobbie, I may have to find some greys to work with...

Making this last set of blocks was a bit weird for me...it's like, yes, I know how to do this, but I have yet to get back into the swing of patchworking knowledge and general outlook and I think I have forgotten a great deal from not doing anything...it all feels foreign...however, I shall keep trying.

good for you Deb ... hang in there .. you will be back in the swing of things soon enough ... sort of like riding a bike ... you never forget how to do it .. it just feels weird after not doing it for ages ... but you never forget ...

Oh wow!!! I am stunned you got them so fast!!!! but very pleased as I was very concerned about the no customs sticker.

i think it depends on the PO you go to karen .. they are all a little bit of postal nazi's here .. they won't send anything but paper stuff as regular mail .. everything else is a parcel .... same postal rate .. just more paper work for them and me ...

i don't get it ... but .. there ya go ...
