I reckon it will be one very lucky partner who ever she is! Great Tarnyia! But I must protest just a little........... you are way too quick!!!!
I have yet to start marking BUT I have decided on a design so that is a start!

Mine is in the gallery. I really need to brush up on my hand skills......and picture taking!

not quick at all I was itchin to get started.... I don't have any other hand sewing at the moment and I usually hand sew while the news is on you can get alot done in half an hour on a small thing...

Been to look Karen and it is lovely and blue. Saw Jan's comment re her claim on it and need to tell her to "get in line" cause there is more than one of us wants it too!

Tarnyia, if I was to do hand sewing in front of the telly while watching the news..... I would be the one ON the news for sewing my fingers into the embroidery design!

haha ... jan ... you are funny .... one of these will certainly be for you ... ahhhh ... but which one ... maybe Tarnyia's .. maybe Karen's ... maybe mine ... like the rest of us you will have to wait and see ...


but keep asking ... cos you will get it right eventually ....

my mug rug is in the gallery - the circle embroidery is one I did a little while ago - the background is bamboo so I added a bamboo fence

my Ocean's Edge mug rug is in the gallery. I gathered the fabrics I wanted to use, and had enough to make a double sided rug - it is reversible. Jan ..........

peepers yes ... but the fabric was night sky with little weeny stars ...

and thank you .... it was lots of fun to make ... once i got my glasses clean and could see what i was doing ...

Damned if I know how you do such patience work. My little fingers would be so sore doing all that applique - looks great Boobie ..............

oh that is machine done wendy ... sort of satin stitch .... i say sort of cos some of it is more a fine zigzag haha ... and some of it was done with the raw edge applique .. cos the bits were too small for a wide stitch ...


but hand sewing .... nah .... not likely ...
