Hi ladies,

My name is Joey Cordier and I am from South Africa. I have been a quilter for the past 7 years.
I am currently permanently employed and and work from 8-4 Mondays to Thursdays, Fridays until 2. I haven't had a lot of time for quilting lately but I'm going to try my best to start working on all my UFO's not finished. I'll have to draw straws to see which will go under the machine first. Wish me good luck, I think I'm going to need it.
I bought EQ7 at the beginning of last year and am slowly learning how to use it. Got lots of designs in my head, don't know if I'll ever have time to make them.
Maybe I should start my own blog and share them with everyone else.

and a blog would be a wonderful thing too ... i have one ..not that i use it much .. but it is a good place to record all those 'finished' things .... not that i do too many of them either haha ...


i am not too old to work .. but i am just a little too lazy to do it ... so .. i sit at home and send the old man out to do it instead ..... somedays i get a little bored ..... ...................... not !!!!!!

Jen I am sorry to hear your sewing room is empty since 2 floods last Summer? Did you lose all your patchwork stash, UFO's etc? Or did you have tome to relocate it all before the flood could get to it? I am good at sharing........Would you like one of my UFO's to finish?

Sounds like it's a good thing you won the last Block Lotto, Jen! An EMPTY sewing room...we can't have that...I'll give you one of my UFOs too .

no I see 9.41am in the morning that is the hour I posted...
so...in the hours...I see my time...mmm...not yours...not correct...in this way not easy understand the time zone...LOL!!!

I live in the north of Italy in a small town at about 1 hour from Turin, very close to the mountains...

ohhhhhhhhhhh wonderful country up there - I know they talk abut the south but coming through Switzerland through Como ....... fantastic. gee but that's a lot time ago in my time .......... lol

yes, north of Italy is beautiful and so is the south, just so differents...
I wish I can visit Australia one day...this is one of my dreams...

we can set the time zones to our own areas .. makes it easier to keep track that way ... and yes .. i think Joey in South Africa and Dany .. are both 8 hours in front of us here in Australia ...

so that is not too bad really ...
