as the partners are secret Annie ... you can post a pic .... but it is not necessary ... i am pretty sure that all of us will follow thru with our commitment to swap ...


when we get more ladies in the cottage and the swaps get bigger i guess we will have to change things a bit .. like maybe posting a pic before you get a partner .. but at this stage of our growth and swaps i would say .... not necessary at this point ... unless you want to ...

of course if you do ... you most definitely don't want to mention your partners name ... lol ...


and it is always wise to take a pic of your work anyway ... for your own records ...

I am still trying to find space to sew, lol. The room is done but the stuff is not organised yet

........... i am sitting doing very little today ... my back / right hip is playing up something chronic today ... it hurt yesterday too ... but today is worse ... makes 2 nights without much sleep .... and what there was was very broken ...... and i reckon we are in for a nasty storm this afternoon ... it is 34 in my room ... dark clouds all around ... and not a breath of a breeze anywhere .... hmmm .... must put the fan on ... haha ...


hopefully it won't be enough to stop the harvesters in the paddocks surrounding us ..

Hope you feel better soonish. I am about to start cutting and planning... and sewing. I am really eager to try the even feed foot.

I think I'd like to give this a go, too. Sounds like fun!

oh wonderful Deb .. this small projects are perfect for 'getting back into it' ...

they come together well and don't take too long at all ..... and if you use a good quality wadding .. quilting can be minimal ..... just a few machine runs in the ditch and it is done ...

great thing for dragging that new machine out of its box for me thinks ...
